Pre-Season Pot Luck

Friday May 18, 6:30 pm at Bur-Mil Park Shelter #1 This is a friendly reminder that we will be having our pre-season pot-luck dinner tomorrow night. I hope everyone can come out and enjoy sharing a meal together. Bur-Mil will provide hot-dogs, drinks and paper products. Please bring a dish of your choosing to share with everyone. Make sure to include any necessary serving utinsils and make enough for your family plus 6-8. Also, it's time to break open the piggy banks and dig out all those one dollar bills. Towards the end of dinner, you will have a chance to buy a cream pie for $1 to pie the coach of your choice in the face with. ALL proceeds will go towards our team's Swim for Cancer goal of $10,000. Bills of all sizes welcome, and donations too, but we hope you will at least bring a few dollars to have some fun and support a great cause. I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night at 6:30pm! :)

It's that time of year again! We have been gearing up for the swim season and are excited to kick things off on April 18th. We hope that you will come out to get NEW information about the team, try on suits and of course get your swimmers registered. If you cannot make the meeting, the team packet and registration information will be available on our team website, www.burmilmarlins.com Please note in advance that the 1st registration deadline, which will guarantee receipt of team t-shirt and cap prior to the first meet is May 10th. Happy 2012 Marlins!!! I hope you have gotten off to a great new year. I am proud to announce our new team suits. These suits are 2-year suits, and will be our official suit through the 2013 season.
